New Zealand adults can compare Keno game rules, paytables, banking options and operator terms before deciding where to play. OnlineKeno.co.nz provides information and links; it does not operate Keno games or accept bets.
The current regulatory picture
The Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 is in force, but the Department of Internal Affairs says the licensing process is underway and that there are currently no changes for online casino customers. Do not treat a comparison listing as proof of a New Zealand licence. Check the Department’s latest page and the operator’s licence record.
What differs between Keno games
The familiar form uses an 80-number grid and 20 drawn numbers, but digital variants may differ in selectable spots, paytables, multipliers and draw timing. Read the particular game rules. An advertised RTP belongs to that game and paytable; no standard 95% return applies to every site.
Check account currency, payment availability, fees, bonus exclusions and withdrawal verification with the operator. Our banking guide, game guide and support page cover these topics in more detail.
New Zealand Keno FAQs
Are all listed operators licensed in New Zealand? A listing does not establish that. Check official regulatory information and the operator’s current details.
Is online Keno more likely to pay than a local game? Compare each published paytable and RTP; a broad claim about all online or venue games is not reliable.
